TERMA & SYARAT
1. Urusniaga hanya melibatkan pembeli yang benar-benar serius (No Backout Buyers). Tiada pemulangan bayaran selepas pembayaran dibuat.
2. Harga barangan adalah tetap & tiada tawar-menawar.
3. Setiap harga barangan tidak termasuk Bayaran Pos keculi ada dinyatakan (Free Postage). Rujuk Kadar Bayaran Pos.
4. Setiap barangan yang dijual tidak boleh ditukar atau dikembalikan (kecuali kesilapan tersebut datangnya daripada pihak kami).
5. Take5shopOn9 tidak akan bertanggungjawab terhadap sebarang kehilangan atau kerosakan barangan semasa proses penghantaran. Walaubagaimanapun, kami akan memberikan khidmat bantuan jika terdapat sebarang masalah.
6. Barangan yang dijual adalah berdaarkan 'First Come First Serve Basis' bergantung kepada stok yang sedia ada (Ready Stock)
7. Tempoh masa sekurang-kurangnya 2 minggu diperlukan bagi barangan 'Pre-Order' untuk sampai ke tangan pembeli.
8. Setiap maklumat peribadi anda berkenaan urusan pembelian seperti No. Telefon, Email, Alamat dan sebagainya akan dirahsiakan.
9. Penghantaran akan dibuat dalam masa 2-3 hari waktu bekerja selepas penerimaan bayaran bergantung pada jenis barangan.
10. Take5shopOn9 berhak untuk meminda sebarang terma & syarat serta sebarang polisi kami pada bila-bila masa jika dirasakan perlu.
*Backout Buyer - Pembeli yang menyepi (tanpa maklum balas) selepas mendapat Email Pengesahan Borang Pesanan.
*Setiap barangan dijual dengan harga yang amat berbaloi bersesuaian dengan kualiti barangan. Kami hanya memilih barangan yang berkualiti serta bergred bagus sahaja untuk dijual kepada para pelanggan.
Seandainya kami menawarkan barangan yang kurang berkualiti serta bergred rendah, ini pasti akan menjejaskan reputasi kami. Ini kerana urusan bisnes secara online adalah berdasarkan kepercayaan pelanggan terhadap kami.
Berbeza dengan perniagaan bukan online kerana pihak pelanggan dapat melihat serta menilai sendiri kualiti barangan yang hendak dibeli.
TERMS & CONDITION
1. Only serious buyers, no back outs after payment. (No Backut Buyers).
2. Prices are fixed and non-negotiable.
3. Prices shown are not inclusive of Postage Charges except for Free Postage items. Refer for Postage Fee.
4. All goods sold are not exchangeable or refundable (except the mistake made by our own side).
5. We will not be held liable for loss/ damage of items during delivery.
6. Due to minimum stock, availability of items is on a 'First Come First Serve Basis' depends on our 'Ready Stock'.
7. 2 weeks period is needed for 'Pre-Order' items to reached the customer.
8. All personal information provided to us will be kept confidential.
9. Delivery wll be made between 2-3 day of working days after payment received.
10. We reserve the right to make any appropriate changes on our site policies and the terms & conditions at any point of time, as we deem necessary.
STOCK RETURN POLICY
All items in our Blogshop / Facebook Page is in good quality. We are confident that customers will be satisfied with our products. So, please choose the right items from our store, which could reduce the trouble from both us. But sometimes, there may be some incident and you need to exchange the goods.
Items are returnable or exchangeable within 2 days upon receiving, if customers wants to return or exchange the item, please make sure that it complies with our policy below:
Important Notes:
- Customers need to cover the return and replacement shipping fees. We only covered if we are sending the wrong items to the customer. We not resposible to cover for mistake order, wrong or incomplete address, parcel return due to nobody at home or other else.
- Items must be return in the original packaging include will not be entertained.
- If the request for returning is later than 2 days, we will not entertain it.
- If the item is not posted to us back within 2 days from the date of receiving, we will not entertain it.
- Damaged item only can be replaced with same item & same color. It is allowed to replace with other color or design.
- We hope our customers would understand that we are running a low profit mrgin scheme in order to provide a competitive product pricing. Therefore we sill not cover the shipping fees for the return and replacement items.
Returnable/ Exchangable Section
- Items that are terribly damage or stained
Non-Returnable/ Non-Exchangable Section
- Minor loose threads, irregular fold or wrinkle produce by crumpling, color differs slightly from the pictures shown online.
- Damage after usage by buyers.
- Cannot fit into the clothes, don't like the clothes, bags or other items.
- Item design is slightly different from the picture displayed (e.g. button, pocket, or tag)
- Return or exchange are notallowed if size measurement differs about 1-3cm only.
- Buyers who did not inform us regarding the reason for exchange nd post the item back directly will not be entertained.
- Sold Out Items are not available for exchange.
